Why Sand and Cranberries?

Our second son, B.T., was diagnosed with a gluten and casein intolerance (join the club – the whole family) at Christmas break of his sophomore year of college.  He went back to school and told his friends that he couldn’t eat wheat or dairy or anything that contained wheat or dairy.  One friend kindly asked, “Well, what CAN you eat?”  B.T.  said, “hmmm…..Sand and Cranberries!”
